Please include $70 for each inspection (EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2022). PERMIT COSTS ARE $70 EACH TIME YOU NEED THE INSPECTOR – NO OTHER FEES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A SITE PLAN REVIEW, IF APPLICABLE.
BUILDING PERMITS ARE TO BE TURNED INTO THE TOWNSHIP OFFICE FOR ZONING AND APPROVAL DO NOT SEND THEM TO P.C.I.
If you have any questions, please call (269) 751-7655. Also include your email so your permit with permit number can be returned to you. Please call the appropriate Inspector to arrange your inspections as the Township doesn’t do that for you.
